Our strawberry macarons feature a light strawberry buttercream, a center of delightful strawberry jam, and hand painted pink and green stripes. Purple-swiped blackberry macarons have a sweet, creamy blackberry buttercream and a zippy blackberry jam center. Lemon-raspberry macarons, with their yellow and pink splattered shells, have a refreshingly light lemon buttercream with a fresh raspberry sandwiched right in. On top of all that macaron goodness, our blackberries and eggs were raised locally and organically by Collins Farms. It doesn't get any better than that.
